The Opportunity:
We are searching for a visionary product leader to reimagine how technology can transform and scale our field operations. This role is a massive opportunity to lead and define the end-to-end field experience—from deal closed to product installed. You will operate at the critical nexus of customer experience, design, engineering, and business strategy, with a mandate to create intuitive, category-defining user experiences that unlock frictionless installation and optimized field service.
You’ll be responsible for defining the product vision for the field experience, translating customer needs into clear requirements, and partnering closely with Design and Engineering to deliver delightful, measurable outcomes.
