Solving one layer of the value chain won’t move the needle on adoption. Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no-brainer for homeowners to transition. The Opportunity:

We are searching for a visionary product leader to reimagine how technology can transform and scale our field operations. This role is a massive opportunity to lead and define the end-to-end field experience—from deal closed to product installed. You will operate at the critical nexus of customer experience, design, engineering, and business strategy, with a mandate to create intuitive, category-defining user experiences that unlock frictionless installation and optimized field service.

You’ll be responsible for defining the product vision for the field experience, translating customer needs into clear requirements, and partnering closely with Design and Engineering to deliver delightful, measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do:

• Define and optimize the end-to-end journey from when a job is sold, to how it is installed, to when it is serviced for our field teams.
• Identify and preemptively solve friction points through real-time data analysis, advanced analytics, agentic workflows and AI-driven personalization of the field journey.
• Leverage software and AI to create agents that guide our field professionals to install efficiently and trouble shoot issues in real time.
• Establish a clear vision and roadmap for the field experience aligned with company goals.
• Translate strategy into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Product Design to deliver elegant, usable, and accessible interfaces for our field teams.
• Align with Operations to define and deliver key objectives and results.
• Define success metrics and monitor performance, leveraging predictive modeling and AI to forecast outcomes and inform product strategy.
• Design and execute high-velocity experiments (A/B tests, usability studies), using data and AI-informed insights to accelerate product iteration and learning.

What You Bring:

• Experience leading end-to-end product strategy and execution for field experiences spanning warehouse kitting, van loading, equipment installation, system commissioning, troubleshooting and service.
• Experience leveraging existing field service applications for maximum impact.
• Expertise in applying AI across customer journey mapping, personalization, and optimization—using predictive insights, behavioral data, and AI agents to create differentiated, end-to-end customer experiences at scale.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex market needs into actionable product requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000 - $195,000 per anum
