Freedman Consulting, LLC, a mission-driven consulting firm, seeks a Human Resources (HR) and Operations Manager to lead office operations and support human resource needs. The HR and Operations Manager is a vital role on the HR and Operations team and will join a growing team of almost 50 people working at the intersection of policy, philanthropy, and politics, to advance innovations and impacts for the greater social good.
The HR and Operations Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of a variety of people administration and operational needs for the firm. They will be handling multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. The HR and Operations Manager will play an active role in the firm’s HR and Operations team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that works across the entire organization, engages with staff at all levels of the firm, and identifies and implements strategies to enhance the firm’s operational efficiency.

Our work includes strategic planning and issue landscaping for major foundations, campaign advising and coordination for coalitions, and policy development for a variety of advocacy and political campaigns and spans topics including public-private partnerships, economic mobility, criminal justice reform, and technology policy.

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:
Approximately 5-7 years of previous operations, HR, or office administration and/or operations experience. The salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000. In addition to base annual compensation, Freedman Consulting offers a comprehensive benefits package and discretionary annual bonus based on individual and firm performance. The firm's comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare coverage, a 401k profit sharing plan, paid vacation, personal and sick leave, and other valuable benefits.
