Commercial Healthcare Sales Representative

Job Description:

As a Commercial Healthcare Sales Representative, you will drive our sales efforts in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions that leverage our health-related services and products. This role is pivotal in helping us expand our footprint in the commercial healthcare sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and client needs.
  • Generate new business by identifying potential clients, conducting meetings, and closing sales.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Participate in industry conferences and workshops to represent our company and gather insights.
  • Work closely with the product and service teams to align offerings with the market requirements.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track interactions, manage pipelines, and report on sales activity.

KPIs:

  • Weekly defined list of targets and outreach efforts
  • Building a qualified pipeline
  • Number of executive meetings
  • Lead, support, and develop at least 4 proposals per month
  • Number of new clients acquired each quarter.
  • Client retention rates.
  • Revenue generated versus targets.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of data entered into HubSpot.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation: Eligible candidates will be offered a commission-based compensation structure. The specifics of the compensation package will be determined based on the classification of the role and compliance with applicable state and federal wage laws.
