Salesforce Solutions Architect (Public Sector Solutions)

Labor Category: Technical Consultant / Architect
Location: Remote (US/onshore required; occasional onsite in San Diego if requested)

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Architect integrations: 311 cases → SAP S/4 work orders, GIS lookups, Microsoft 365/Power Platform.
• Oversee Experience Cloud portals for public requests (permits, grants, clerk/public records).
• Define security model (roles, permission sets, FLS, sharing).

Qualifications:

• 7+ years Salesforce architecture; 2+ years with PSS/public-sector solutions.
• Service Cloud and Experience Cloud expertise.
• Integration experience with ERP (SAP preferred).
• Salesforce certifications: Application/System Architect, Admin, Platform App Builder.
