RE Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in managing invoicing, preparing revenue forecasts, and producing reports that drive strategic financial decisions across the organization. Your contributions will ensure we maintain financial excellence and continue to grow our business effectively


Your Impact

  • Prepare and manage company-wide revenue forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and present detailed reports explaining future revenue projections.
  • Execute payroll adjustments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Facilitate effective contract administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and contribute to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and variance analyses.
  • Generate financial reports detailing projections and key trends.
  • Perform payroll adjustments while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate on contract management and administration tasks.
  • Adapt to and learn new financial software tools, while leveraging MS Word and Excel efficiently.


To Be Successful You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and multitask effectively.

Bonus Points

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications in finance or accounting.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software.
  • Proven track record of streamlining financial processes.
