HR Operations Coordinator


Responsibilities:

The “Operations Coordinator” is responsible for coordinating recruiting and administrative activities between RE-Partners Staff and candidates. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring all internal systems, internal reporting and client reporting accurately and timely reflects consultant and client information.


The following are the operations coordinator’s duties:

  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and tools.
  • Maintain accurate and timely consultant information in internal systems, including but not limited to assignments and consultant demographics.
  • Work closely with internal departments and clients to ensure accurate reporting of consultant onboarding, and off-boarding. Ensure all internal systems accurately reflect consultant information.
  • Manage and execute all onboarding and off-boarding tasks and documentation associated with the consultant, including background checks
  • Maintain accurate and timely client information in internal systems, including but not limited to client account information such as an address, contacts, and projects/SOWs/TOs.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with internal teams and clients.
  • Setting up and disabling system credentials (Rippling, Gmail, Slack)
  • Manage and maintain email and slack distributions lists, recurring internal and client meetings

Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.

Qualifications

  • Min of 5 years of experience in a HR or Business Operations role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with various HR Software and Tools: G-suite, Microsoft Office, Rippling, or other ATS and HRIS tools
