Role Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to service delivery leadership and the People team, ensuring our consultant workforce is supported, compliant, and aligned with client needs. This role partners closely with Service Delivery Leads, Talent Acquisition, and Client stakeholders to manage the full consultant lifecycle—from workforce planning and onboarding through performance support and offboarding.
The HRBP plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across People processes, maintaining compliance, supporting talent enablement, and improving hiring and workforce management processes. This role also partners closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruiting pipelines align with delivery needs and business priorities.
