About the role

We are seeking a skilled Auto Glass Technician to join our team in TRIAD area. The ideal candidate will have experience in glass installation, repair, and maintenance for fleet vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety standards.

What you'll do

• Glass Installation & Repair- Remove damaged windshields, windows, and other auto glass components, then install new glass using specialized tools and adhesives.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow industry safety protocols, including MSHA regulations, to ensure proper handling and installation.
• Damage Assessment: Inspect windshields and windows for cracks, chips, or other damage, determining whether repair or replacement is necessary.
• Weatherproofing: Apply sealants and treatments to protect glass from environmental conditions.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers about repair options, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction with the service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with various vehicle types, including fleet vehicles, personal cars, and semi-trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in auto glass installation, repair, and replacement.
