We're seeking a motivated Auto Glass Technician Trainee to join our Charlotte-area team. No prior experience in auto glass is necessary—we provide comprehensive training to help you develop the technical skills needed to thrive in this rewarding career.

This is a hands-on role that offers the chance to work alongside seasoned professionals, learn a specialized trade, and contribute to keeping vital equipment safe and road-ready.

📌 What You’ll Learn & Do

• Glass Installation & Repair: Assist with removing damaged glass and installing new windshields and windows using industry-approved tools and techniques.
• Safety First: Learn to follow safety guidelines and compliance protocols, including MSHA regulations.
• Inspection & Assessment: Help inspect vehicle glass for damage and determine appropriate solutions.
• Weatherproofing: Support sealing and treatment processes to protect vehicles against environmental wear.
• Customer Service: Build communication skills while interacting with clients and learning how to explain repair processes clearly and professionally.
