Senior Product Manager

The Role

Tuesday Health is transforming care for people with serious illness. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in executing our product strategy by delivering the tools and workflows our care teams rely on to provide timely, effective, and compassionate care. 

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on execution, user needs, and iterative development. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, with a passion for solving real problems through technology and process. 

Key responsibilities of this role may include:

·       Translate user needs and business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications. 

·       Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. 

·       Prioritize work based on impact, effort, and alignment with company goals. 

·       Use data and user feedback to measure performance and iterate on existing features. 

·       Communicate product plans, progress, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

·       Ensure alignment across engineering, design, operations, and other departments. 

·       Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, documentation standards, and coordination across teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery. 

·       Drive development of mobile-first experiences to support patient engagement, symptom tracking, and nurse assistance. 

A strong candidate will demonstrate the following:

·       4+ years of healthcare product management or a related field. 

·       Strong communication and documentation skills. 

·       Experience working with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies. 

·       Comfort with ambiguity and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy. 

·       Experience with telehealth platforms, EHR integrations, or mobile app development is strongly preferred.
