Tuesday Health is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer who will:

· Maintain a scalable dbt project that makes high-quality, well-organized data available for downstream systems including Tuesday’s care management platform (Elevate) and business intelligence tooling (ThoughtSpot)

· Support technical integration with external data sources including new clients, HIEs, and (Q)HINs and normalize data for the Tuva data model

· Build resilient data pipelines (Azure Databricks, Delta Live Tables, dbt, Terraform) that ingest and transform data; incorporate data testing throughout

· Design and build highly useful data models that support analytic requests and enable fast, data-driven decision making across the organization

· Work with operational stakeholders (e.g. clinical delivery, member/provider engagement) to define and prioritize analytic needs and proactively identify analytics use cases

· Lead, mentor, and expand a top-tier analytics team. Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

Required:

· Strong proficiency with SQL

· Strong proficiency with dbt

· Strong experience in integrating healthcare datasets (e.g. claims, ADT/HIE, FHIR) and population health analytics

· Proficiency with Spark (PySpark, SparkSQL APIs)

· Comfortable managing SDLC with git and CI/CD

· Experience leading and managing an analytics team and/or analytics projects

· Familiarity with healthcare regulations and certifications including HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC2

Nice-To-Have:

· 3+ years of experience working in healthcare analytics roles

· Proficiency with one or more BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, etc.)

· Experience working in a cloud-based data lake / data warehouse environment like Snowflake or Databricks
