Role Overview

  • As a Data Analyst specializing in Customer Service & Account Health at Gierd Inc., you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive key business decisions. You will work closely with the operations team to develop and maintain reporting on customer service metrics and account health, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs for customer service and account health
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and account retention
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and trends in customer service and account health
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains based on data analysis
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably supporting a customer service or ecommerce team
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase) and SQL
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Sandpoint)

75,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Post Falls)
