Position: Outside Sales Manager
Location: Orange County and Los Angeles County
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Field/Office
Wage Scale: $50,000 to $60,000 salaried/exempt (sales)
Monthly Bonus Potential: $1,000 to $2,500

Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for meeting with clients in person to identify their needs, present tailored solutions, and secure signed contracts for estate sales. This role does not involve cold calling; all appointments are scheduled by the Inside Sales team.
Approximately 50% of the role involves in-home client consultations, while the other 50% focuses on community relationship-building and networking. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent interpersonal skills, and empathy to address client needs effectively.
