Director of Sales

WorldClinic, Inc. is redefining healthcare, delivering physician-led, immediate-access care that achieves exceptional clinical outcomes and strong financial returns.

Through our two platforms, we serve both ends of the workforce: WorldClinic provides 24/7 connected healthcare to globally mobile executives and business leaders, resolving the majority of medical issues in a single call. JobSiteCare has redefined occupational health for employers with frontline and at-risk workforces through a combination of telemedicine and on-site medics, delivering end-to-end case management from injury through return-to-work  resulting in significant reductions in OSHA recordables and workers’ compensation claim costs.

Together, we deliver clinical excellence and measurable outcomes at scale, for any patient population, anywhere.

Just as deeply as we care for the patients we serve, we invest in our own team. You'll find a mission-driven culture that values contribution, encourages growth, and empowers employees to do meaningful work.

Role Overview — Director of Sales (Enterprise Growth Builder)

JobSiteCare, part of WorldClinic, is hiring a Director of Sales to help build and scale the commercial engine of a rapidly expanding healthcare platform serving construction and industrial enterprises.

This is not a maintenance role. There is no inherited pipeline. No mature playbook. No large support infrastructure — yet.

We are looking for a top-performing enterprise seller who wants to build something meaningful: someone energized by creating opportunities from zero, winning complex deals, and shaping how a category is defined in the market. The Director of Sales will drive revenue growth of 30–50%+ in 2026, build the foundation for scalable sales systems, and serve as a key contributor in GTM strategy.

You will operate as a player–coach and market architect — personally sourcing and closing strategic accounts while helping design the systems, messaging, and sales motion that will scale revenue nationally.

What You’ll Own

•            Build enterprise pipeline from the ground up across construction and adjacent labor-intensive verticals

•            Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with executive buyers (COOs, CFOs, Risk Leaders, HR Executives)

•            Help define and refine JobSiteCare’s go-to-market strategy and enterprise sales motion

•            Translate clinical and operational outcomes into compelling financial ROI narratives

•            Establish early sales playbooks, qualification frameworks, and repeatable processes

•            Serve as a strategic voice in company growth decisions alongside executive leadership

•            Why Top Performers Choose This Role

•            Build vs. inherit — rare opportunity to create a sales engine from inception

•            Direct partnership with the President and executive team

•            Enterprise build phase with real influence over strategy and execution

•            Large, meaningful problems to solve in workforce health, risk, and productivity

•            High visibility impact on company trajectory and valuation

•

Who Thrives Here

•            Builders who prefer creation over optimization

•            Sellers who run toward complex deals and ambiguous markets

•            Operators who combine strategic thinking with relentless execution

•            Leaders motivated by ownership, autonomy, and measurable impact

A Final Note

At JobSiteCare, our work sits at the intersection of healthcare, safety, and human dignity. The organizations we serve rely on us to protect the health and wellbeing of the people who build, maintain, and power the world around us. This role is an opportunity to contribute to something larger than a sales target — helping deliver timely, high-quality care to workforces that have historically lacked access to it.

Compensation for this position consists of a base annual salary of $150,000 plus a generous commission structure.

Physical and General Requirements:

·       Ability to use fine motor skills to operate computers, office equipment and/or machinery.

·       Able to sit for several hours at a time with periodic breaks.

·       Travel required for client meetings, conferences, and strategic engagements

·       Ability to navigate active industrial work sites, including uneven terrain, and willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
