Training and Compliance Coordinator

Johnson Lambert LLP is  currently seeking a Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing company. This role will support our comprehensive learning programs through planning and facilitating training events, maintaining our learning management system , and ensuring compliance with continuing professional education requirements. 


This position offers flexibility and can be fulfilled in a hybrid capacity if the candidate is local to one of our office locations or fully remote for candidates residing outside of commuting distance.


As a  Training and Compliance Coordinator  supporting the Learning & Development team,  you will have the opportunity to: 


  • Administer training events from start to finish - coordinating with presenters, subject matter experts and attendees to ensure a valuable learning experience and compliance with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements 
  • Maintain training records within our learning management system (LcVista) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with CPE requirements 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials 
  • Contribute to the development of effective and efficient processes for the Learning and Development team 
  • Support compliance needs for individuals and the firm through timely and proactive reporting and responses to inquiries 


Qualifications & Selection Process

We look for candidates with: 

  • Strong time management, planning, and follow through skills
  • Possesses strong critical thinking skills and the ability to quickly learn new processes, applying them independently in various situations with minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented with the ability to monitor various timelines and hold key stakeholders accountable for results
  • Highly organized and accustomed to handling a large volume of time sensitive tasks
  • Proactive in day-to-day interactions as well as formulating solutions to problems 
  • Effective and polished communicator
  • Comfortable with virtual event facilitation 
  • Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable using a variety of software tools. Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:

65,000 - 70,000 USD per year (USA)
