We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Campus Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources Team at Johnson Lambert. This pivotal role will be instrumental in developing and executing our campus recruitment strategy, building strong relationships with universities, and attracting top-tier early talent to the firm.
The Campus Recruiter will collaborate on recruiting and hiring efforts for Johnson Lambert’s early talent program, internships and associate positions. The Campus Recruiter will partner with staff at all levels and provide support to the Firms eight offices in order to fill early talent, intern and new grad roles. The Campus Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including regular travel to various university campuses for career fairs, interviews, and networking events.

You'll handle event registration, calendar management, and invoice tracking with precision.
- Empower Our Brand Ambassadors: Recruit and prepare Johnson Lambert employees to shine at campus events. You'll coordinate their training, manage event supply shipments, and lead engaging preparation meetings that equip our team to represent the firm with confidence and enthusiasm, ultimately enhancing our employer brand.
- Forge Powerful University Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key universities, career services, faculty, and student organizations. Your efforts will build a robust pipeline of diverse talent.
- Be the Face of Johnson Lambert: Actively engage with students and faculty at campus career fairs, networking events, and presentations, collaborating with your team to share our story and inspire future candidates.
- Optimize Our Talent Tech Stack: Master and enhance our recruitment technology, including the SparkHire interview system and Rippling applicant tracking system, to streamline our processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Identify & Champion Emerging Professionals: Review resumes and conduct insightful interviews for entry-level positions and internships, playing a direct role in selecting promising candidates who will thrive at Johnson Lambert.
- Drive Strategic Growth through Data: Conduct in-depth research and analyze data to inform and continuously refine our campus recruitment strategy, ensuring our efforts are data-driven and yield exceptional results.
- Craft Seamless Candidate Journeys: Coordinate memorable in-person events, interviews, and office visits for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience that reflects our commitment to talent.
- Collaborate on Transformative HR Initiatives: Partner on the planning and execution of impactful orientations, early talent programs, conferences, and other key HR initiatives, contributing to the overall success and development of our people.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, with a focus on recruitment preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Exceptional ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and work on multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and be flexible to respond to shifting demands.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
- Prior experience conducting high volume recruiting in a professional services firm preferred.
- Prior experience with and clear understanding of GSuite, Handshake, Symplicity and LinkedIn Recruiter systems is a plus.
