Senior Audit Associate

Johnson Lambert is currently seeking Senior Audit Associates to join our Park Ridge, IL. Our Illinois team focuses on audits for Employee Benefits, Insurance & Not-for Profit. You will have the opportunity to cross train allowing you to support clients in different markets.

As a Senior Audit Associate you can expect to work in a team-focused environment to draft client reports/financials and develop new ways to draft management letters. You will have the opportunity to use creative and critical thinking working with clients and team members to solve business problems. You are very client focused and able to deliver high quality audit services through relationship building.

All roles offered at Johnson Lambert are offered in a hybrid format, with the opportunity to work with your team in person, should you be in close proximity to one of our 8 office location, or have the flexibility to work from home in a remote setting.

 Qualifications & Selection Process

We look for candidates with: 

  • An active CPA license or 150 credit hours and the ability to obtain CPA license and a bachelors and/or MBA or MAC degree. 
  • 2+ years of Public Accounting and Audit expertise. Ideal candidate would have experience within Not-for Profit, Insurance, or Employee Benefits.  
  • Our ideal candidate will have familiarity with caseware and solid experience with Microsoft office.
