We are headquartered out of Atlanta, Georgia but work on a remote-first basis with employees across the United States and a team also in the United Kingdom. Executive assessment, coaching, and leadership consulting is a critical enabler to our integrated value. The clarity and relevance of our assessment insight, combined with our high touch, developmental approach, ensures we de-risk hiring decisions and accelerate developmental impact of leaders and leadership teams.
What you'll do
As an MD in Executive Assessment, Coaching and Leadership Consulting, you will play a fundamental role in shaping high impact solutions for our clients. Your role will consist of three key areas:
- Execution: You will deliver world-class executive assessment and coaching solutions to executives in iconic organizations. Your impact will create trust, traction, and broaden Modern’s impact through brilliant execution.
- Quality: You will support aligned executive search teams to embed latest assessment and coaching solutions to clients. You will bring quality, rigor, and consistency to our work.
- Growth: You will provide expertise to shape impactful solutions for new and existing clients, in partnership with Modern’s diverse team of industry, functional and practice experts.

Education
Required:
- Masters-degree level in relevant academic field: e.g. I/O Psychology; Clinical Psych
- Qualifications in relevant areas of impact: e.g. ICF accredited for coaching; assessment tools/psychometrics

Experience:
- Working in high-growth consulting and/or professional services environments
- Assessment and coaching of mid-senior executive leaders
- Account/client management: leading the successful implementation of programs
- Supporting the continuous improvement of tools/products/services
- Leading or supporting direct revenue-generating activity / business development
- Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships with senior executives/C-suite
- Working cross-industry: experience across a minimum of two industries
Knowledge:
- Understanding of principles and theories relevant from a measurement background (e.g., industrial-organizational psychology), such as assessment, selection, leadership development, executive coaching, leadership styles, and team dynamics.
- Familiarity with variety of psychometric instruments
