Root was founded on the belief that car insurance is broken, and we set out to change it. We’re harnessing the power of technology to revolutionize this archaic, complicated industry. Using machine learning and mobile telematic platforms, we’ve built one of the most innovative insurtech companies in the world.
The Opportunity
At Root, we’re on a mission to improve the lives of our customers by offering better insurance solutions. We challenge ourselves to think differently in order to reimagine insurance to make it smarter, more equitable, and a better experience for all.
We strive to “unbreak” the archaic insurance industry by using data and technology in innovative new ways. We believe we must be steadfast in our commitment to research, experimentation, and disciplined data-driven decision making in order to build products our customers love. Analytics sits at the center of our vision.
B2B partnerships are among Root’s most important growth levers, enabling us to reach new customers through both innovative distribution models and innovating on traditional operations. The Partner Analytics team is critical to this mission. We power data-driven decisions that help evaluate, optimize, and scale Root’s partner portfolio.
As a Senior Analyst, Partner Analytics, you’ll take ownership of analytical frameworks and models that guide partner performance measurement, deal evaluation, and onboarding optimization. You’ll work cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Ops, and Marketing to drive profitable partner growth, enhance reporting infrastructure, and deliver actionable insights that influence Root’s partnership strategy.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 (Bonus & LTI eligible)
