How You Will Make an Impact

  • Own and evolve a suite of reporting dashboards and research assets to deliver timely, actionable insights that guide product and business decisions across Billing, Payments and Customer Experience.
  • Support A/B test design and monitoring to ensure experiment integrity, enable rapid iteration, and generate reliable insights that inform product and experience improvements.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations to help drive decisions around payment optimization, user behavior, fraud detection, and partner readiness.
  • Build scalable data workflows and automated reporting processes to increase speed-to-insight and reduce operational friction for key stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of policyholder behavior across multiple channels (Web, Mobile, Agents), and surface insights that shape retention strategies and feature prioritization.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, influence roadmaps, and ensure data-informed decision-making across the product lifecycle.
  • Support the team’s shift from reactive reporting to a proactive, insight-led analytics function by monitoring key metrics, identifying emerging risks, and uncovering new opportunities.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • 1+ years of experience in an analytics role, ideally supporting product, operations, or strategy teams (insurance experience is a plus).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Power BI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science).
  • Strong business acumen and an innate curiosity to dig into the “why” behind data trends.
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills. Able to frame technical findings in a clear, strategic way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits and a high ownership mindset. You take initiative and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • A collaborative approach with a desire to build long-term relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a high-performing, impact-driven team.
