Program Manager II, Partnerships

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Program Manager II, Partnerships to join our Brand & Communications team. The mission of this role is to support the planning and execution of high-impact partner initiatives. This role will be critical in helping us drive alignment and operational excellence across internal teams and external partners—both current and future.


You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Technical Program Management, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and key partner stakeholders to ensure our partnership programs are scoped, prioritized, executed, and measured effectively. The right person for this role is a proactive contributor with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and ability to seamlessly orchestrate programs across functions in a highly complex and ambiguous environment.


Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000 (STI & LTI Eligible)


How You Will Make an Impact

Partnership Enablement & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Manage intake and prioritization of partner-related initiatives in close partnership with Account Executives, establishing new program foundations as needed.
  • Facilitate collaboration between many internal departments, and some partner-facing teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional kickoffs and ensure alignment around timelines, deliverables, and ownership
  • Facilitating “ways of working” between teams
     

Program Execution & Operational Rigor

  • Own day-to-day program management across partnership programs, from planning through execution
  • Work with TPMs to ensure partner deliverables are supported with the right technical resources and timelines
  • Collaborate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies where relevant to partner programs
  • Identify and remove roadblocks, escalating as needed to maintain velocity
     

Agile Leadership & Reporting

  • Promote agile values and continuous improvement across teams
  • Help stakeholders adapt to evolving priorities and partner needs
  • Track and report on key milestones, risks, and performance metrics across programs
  • Support vendor and contract management related to partnership initiatives


What You Will Need to Succeed

Strategic & Relationship Skills

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving external partners
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong collaborator with a knack for building trust with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Excellent communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences
     

Execution & Adaptability

  • Deep understanding of agile delivery, with a focus on outcomes over output
  • Experience planning, tracking, and reporting on multiple, concurrent initiatives
  • Able to quickly adjust plans in response to evolving partner needs or business priorities
     

Experience & Tools

  • 4+ years of Program, Product, Scrum Master or Project Management experience
  • Experience working with technical teams and external partners on shared roadmaps
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder and vendor relationships
  • Proficient in Jira, Productboard, or similar tools for backlog and program management
  • Strong understanding of measurement frameworks, program reporting, and stakeholder updates
