Job Overview
As the Digital Marketing Specialist for RWM Home Loans, you’ll play a key role in elevating our online presence and empowering our loan officers with effective, conversion-focused digital tools. This is a hands-on role that touches everything from personal websites and landing pages to online listings and performance analytics. You’ll work cross-functionally with brand, sales, and onboarding teams to drive web strategy, manage marketing assets, and execute digital initiatives that support both the corporate brand and loan officer success. With your technical skills, collaborative mindset, and passion for digital marketing, you’ll help drive visibility, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Website Administration
- Build and maintain personalized loan officer websites and landing pages, incorporating SEO best practices to improve visibility and performance.
- Partner with the Brand Manager to maintain a consistent and professional visual aesthetic aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate engaging and educational content that adds value to our website visitors.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush to generate performance reports and monitor key KPIs, including traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Work with the Partner Success team to create B2B landing pages that support partnership launches and ongoing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Lead Generation Manager to align paid and organic strategies, ensuring cohesive campaign execution and effective referral tracking.
- Leverage Asana to track and manage all digital marketing projects.
Online Listing Management
- Manage and optimize business listings on platforms including Google My Business, Yelp, Bing, and Experience.com for both the corporate brand and individual loan officers.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve local SEO and search rankings
Marketing Onboarding
- Lead the digital marketing onboarding process for new loan officers in collaboration with the Onboarding Team.
- Set up new websites, quality-check initial marketing content, assist with internal communications, and manage bios and headshots.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support employee email signatures to ensure brand consistency, including setup, formatting, updates for new hires, and coordination with Tech Team as needed.
- Long-term growth opportunity to create efficiencies by learning marketing automations and software powering our platform including CRM, point of sale, client engagement software and more.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on web management and analytics.
- Experience in the mortgage, financial services, or a related industry strongly preferred.
- Proactive self-starter with a collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, LookerStudio, and SEO tools such as SEMrush.
- Google Analytics experience required.
- Familiarity with online review platforms and local search optimization.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a significant plus.
- Location: San Diego preferred, open to remote working PST or CST business hours.
