What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Analyze market potential and develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and track progress against targets.
• Assist in shaping sales and marketing strategies, including new product and service expansions.
• Represent Jo-Kell Inc. professionally at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on Jo-Kell’s products, systems, and services.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in industrial or electrical markets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to sales success.
• Compensation

This is a commission-eligible role. Compensation will be discussed at the time of offer and structured as a salary with a transition to commissions. The current pay range is $50k-$120k annually, depending on experience.
