We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building high-quality systems. You’re someone who enjoys writing clean, scalable code, sharing knowledge with teammates, and collaborating across disciplines to solve meaningful product challenges.

🌟 What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain Jome's software applications and systems
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met
- Contribute to the development of the engineering roadmap and ecosystem
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions, share experience with other engineers
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to tasks preparation
- Create and maintain BE specific technical documentation
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, data quality managers, and other engineers
- Collaborate with non-engineering teams to identify and solve problems
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development to identify new opportunities
🚀 What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise in relevant technologies and frameworks, showcasing a depth of technical knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for devising creative solutions to complex engineering challenges
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend engineering, using any combination of Golang and JS/TS or Python
- Experience with AWS or GCP
- Upper-Intermediate English skills, both in writing and speaking, are essential
- A thorough approach to work, with an ability to manage broader vision and detail-oriented task

- AI/ML experience
- Practical experience with Kubernetes
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively through writing - Experience maintaining a personal tech blog or writing technical articles on relevant topics
