Journal Technologies is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented project professional to work on eLitigation projects for our growing software and services company. The successful candidate will have a background in software rollouts including requirements gathering, environment setup and install, configuration/development, training, go-live, and support.
The Software Implementation Specialist (SIS) will work as a member of the eLitigation team. The SIS is responsible for delivering contracted products and services such as reports, business rules, and general software configuration. The SIS will interact with customers as a primary representative for Journal Technologies as well as coordinate and complete a variety of activities in the configuration process. The Software Implementation Specialist will be a standing expert on Journal Technologies’ Product offerings, our internal implementation processes, and the customer’s business processes.
