Construction Superintendent

This role offers the opportunity to oversee a wide variety of impactful projects, primarily commercial spaces and multi-unit residential buildings, while working closely with in-house trades, subcontractors, and a collaborative development team.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee active job sites, including new construction, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
  • Monitor construction progress and site activity to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and align with safety and design expectations.
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, estimating, and material procurement.
  • Support subcontractor bidding, selection, and onsite coordination across multiple trades.
  • Review and apply construction documents in the field in partnership with our project and development team.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and proactively address issues.
  • Maintain digital records of labor, time, and materials using construction software.
  • Promote a clean, safe, and respectful work environment that complies with local building codes and company standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 10 years of field experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on commercial or multi-unit residential projects. Broad project experience is valued.
  • Demonstrated success working with subcontractors and coordinating across multiple trades.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient with construction technology, including project management tools, time/labor tracking, and digital document management.
  • Working knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and familiarity with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites (within a 2-hour radius).

The starting hourly range for this position reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of this posting. The final compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, education, skills, and other qualifications relevant to the role.

All hiring is contingent on eligibility to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or transfer visas for this position.

The pay range for this role is:

30 - 37 USD per hour (616G )
