Since 1973, Jubilee has worked to provide high quality affordable housing and holistic support to those experiencing persistent economic hardship in the Adams Morgan and Columbia Heights neighborhoods of Washington D.C. Jubilee operates more than a dozen properties totaling more than 500 homes and has an active development pipeline of several hundred new affordable housing units in progress, including a integration of a first in kind aquaponics farm. Position Description
The Reentry House Manager plays a crucial role in leading the reentry team in creating a transformative community experience, fostering an environment where peers support one another while ensuring residents receive effective support and accountability on their reintegration journey. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of resident management, enhancing program operations, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards within the facilities. The Reentry House Manager will cultivate a therapeutic environment, exemplify pro-social modeling, and implement strategic initiatives to improve resident outcomes.
