📌 About the Role


Jus Mundi is looking for a Customer Success Manager Europe/MENA to help our clients unlock the full potential of our AI-powered legal intelligence platform.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and gain maximum value from Jus Mundi. This is your chance to work at the intersection of law and technology, directly contributing to innovative solutions that are transforming the global legal industry.

You’ll be part of our Customer Success team, dedicated to building trusted partnerships with our clients and delivering world-class support throughout their journey with Jus Mundi.

Our team is known for its client-first mindset, collaborative spirit, and strategic impact. You’ll work closely with our Product, Sales, and Data/AI teams and engage with leading legal professionals across the globe.


🌟Your mission at Jus Mundi


In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a specialized Jus AI advisor, confidently presenting to and engaging with key decision-makers and senior leadership.
  • Customer Onboarding & Training: Lead new client onboarding, delivering engaging and effective training sessions to ensure a smooth start and long-term success.
  • Proactive Support & Engagement: Maintain regular contact with your portfolio of ~60–70 clients, offering proactive guidance, check-ins, and best practices to help them optimize their Jus Mundi experience.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the client within Jus Mundi, communicating feedback and feature requests to our Product team to continuously improve the platform.
  • Retention & Growth: Foster strong, long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with the Sales team on upsells.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor engagement data and client feedback to refine success strategies and enhance the overall customer journey.

💼 You will also have the opportunity to represent Jus Mundi internationally, with business travel approximately once per quarter.


⚙️ Preferred Experience and Skills


  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client-Facing roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS, legal tech, or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of 50+ clients, driving adoption, engagement, and satisfaction across multiple accounts.
  • Legal background (mandatory): degree in law, paralegal experience, or equivalent legal training.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to identify upsell opportunities and collaborate closely with Sales teams to expand existing accounts.
  • Strong interest in generative AI and its impact on the legal industry, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into client value.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills: able to engage confidently with senior legal professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering an exceptional client experience at scale.
  • Comfortable using CRM, customer success, and analytics tools to track engagement, gather insights, and report on key metrics.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client visits and events (approx. once per quarter).
  • Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Arabic and/or French.
