About the role

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for validating the quality and performance of our product builds during the implementation phase. You will work closely with implementation engineers, solution engineers, and project managers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our solutions meet client needs and are delivered without defects.

This is a critical role in delivering high-quality software to our clients, enabling smooth integrations and seamless user experiences.

What you'll do

  • End-to-End Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to verify the functionality, stability, and performance of builds.

  • Collaborate with Implementation Teams: Work closely with the implementation engineering team to understand project requirements, timelines, and success criteria.

  • Bug Reporting & Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects found during testing and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.

  • Regression Testing: Ensure that changes and updates do not introduce new defects by performing thorough regression testing.

  • Automated & Manual Testing: Create automated test scripts for routine tasks, while also performing manual testing as required for more complex scenarios.

  • Quality Standards & Best Practices: Advocate for QA best practices, ensuring testing processes are aligned with overall company standards.

  • Client-Specific Customizations: Test client-specific customizations and configurations to ensure they are correctly implemented.

  • Documentation: Provide clear and concise documentation on testing procedures, defect tracking, and quality reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on implementation or system integration projects.

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Experience developing and implementing QA processes from the ground up

  • Experience with both manual and automated testing.

  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Linear).

  • Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The pay range for this role is:

25,000 - 30,000 USD per year (Remote - Turkey)
