About the role
This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity to join a YC-backed startup founded by Stanford grads. We’re looking for a teammate who has amazing communication skills, a passion for people and sales, a curiosity for user research, and who is unafraid of rejection. The candidate should be extremely organized, comfortable cold calling, and must be able to synthesize information quickly.
What you'll do
Prospect and identify key decision-makers to lay the foundation for a strong, long-lasting relationship
Generate sales opportunities by outbound calls, qualifying leads and scheduling demos
Use a value-oriented consultative approach to listen to prospective customers and educate them on how Just Appraised can assist their operations
Work closely with our Sales Team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
Synthesize and communicate all interview learnings from prospective customers with the team
Track sales progress with speed and accuracy in the organization’s CRM database
Represent yourself professionally in all interactions with prospects and clients
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
Note: Salary plus commissions
What We're Looking For
An ideal candidate would have prior experience as an SDR or BDR at a technology company
Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter that can work independently, as well as in a small team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
