About the role

This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity to join a YC-backed startup founded by Stanford grads. We’re looking for a teammate who has amazing communication skills, a passion for people and sales, a curiosity for user research, and who is unafraid of rejection. The candidate should be extremely organized, comfortable cold calling, and must be able to synthesize information quickly.

What you'll do

  • Prospect and identify key decision-makers to lay the foundation for a strong, long-lasting relationship

  • Generate sales opportunities by outbound calls, qualifying leads and scheduling demos

  • Use a value-oriented consultative approach to listen to prospective customers and educate them on how Just Appraised can assist their operations

  • Work closely with our Sales Team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business

  • Synthesize and communicate all interview learnings from prospective customers with the team

  • Track sales progress with speed and accuracy in the organization’s CRM database

  • Represent yourself professionally in all interactions with prospects and clients

  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

  • Note: Salary plus commissions

What We're Looking For

  • An ideal candidate would have prior experience as an SDR or BDR at a technology company

  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter that can work independently, as well as in a small team environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill

The pay range for this role is:

45,000 - 45,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
