About the role

As our first Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we position, launch, and promote our products. You will work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, craft messaging, and drive adoption. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is excited to help shape a company from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates

  • Become the voice of the customer and create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience

  • Collaborate with product teams to understand the product roadmap and translate technical features into customer benefits

  • Work with sales and customer success teams to develop sales enablement materials (e.g., decks, product sheets, case studies)

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement

  • Analyze marketing performance and iterate on strategies to improve results

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure marketing impact and refine tactics accordingly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
    Nice-to-Haves
  • Background in regulated industries; vertical B2B or B2G SaaS

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 160,000 CAD per year (Remote - Canada)
