You Will:


  • Execute field marketing programs across priority regions and segments in close alignment with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner for Sales leaders and reps.
  • Align programs to territory plans, target accounts and verticals, and quarterly pipeline goals.
  • Build clear follow-up plans, sales assets, and enablement for every campaign.
  • Own performance tracking and reporting for all field and growth programs.
  • Measure impact across pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per opportunity, and conversion rates by channel and partner.
  • Partner with RevOps to maintain clean attribution and forecasting confidence.


You Have:

  • Consistent, predictable pipeline contribution from field, growth, and partner programs.
  • Initiated alignment with Sales and Partnerships, reflected in program adoption and follow-up.
  • Created documented, repeatable playbooks for field events, partner co-marketing, and regional growth campaigns.
  • Provided clear reporting that ties marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or growth marketing.
  • A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Partnerships teams.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions.
  • Experience in a high-growth security or technology environment.
  • Extensive experience with CRM and Marketing automation software systems.
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Experience with account-based field marketing.
