You Will:

• Work closely with cloud product and engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of the Kai product architecture
• Act as a primary evangelist for the product and work with customers and account teams to define and evolve the roadmap across multiple dimensions (UX, technology, business) and deliver Enterprise viable security features and integrations across the Kai platform.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and manage the execution across all security products, ensuring they meet platform standards.
• Lead and develop product risk identification, assessment, and resolution prioritization for high-impact vulnerabilities.
• Partner with and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders—including InfoSec, Engineering, User Experience, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support—to align vision across business units and secure project approval and resources.
• Interact with diverse audiences, including presenting compelling business cases to executive leadership and representing Kai as a security expert to external audiences, customers, and ecosystem partners.
• Create significant business impact by identifying market opportunities and leading new product developments that contribute measurable increases to quarterly revenue, profitability, and customer trust.

You Have:

• At least 5 years experience in Product Management.
• Prior experience as a Security Architect, Solutions Architect, or Senior/Staff Engineer in Cyber is highly desirable.
• Expertise in cloud security and threat modeling with specific experience in cloud security posture management or secure cloud integration and defining secure architectures.
• Demonstrated success in owning and managing the strategy and execution of multiple, high-impact products simultaneously, leveraging a deep understanding of the underlying technology stack.
• Proven ability to define, scope, and deliver large, complex features, leveraging deep technical acumen to define architecture, requirements, and measurable KPIs/goals while engaging effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
