You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant and/or Office Manager, preferably at a fast-growing startup or other high-intensity professional environment.
  • Openness to supporting the CEO in-office Mon-Friday and being on call when needed
  • Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting company leadership and understanding their unique needs.
  • Strong aptitude and proficiency with productivity tools and software.


You Will:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders with high attention to detail.
  • Draft, edit, and deliver a variety of communications, including emails and presentations, with precision and efficiency.
  • Ideate, plan, and execute unique internal and external company events.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating swift and effective communication.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the company, along with any corresponding expense reports with utmost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Take on special projects as needed, adapting quickly to new challenges and delivering results under tight deadlines.
