An Offer Letter to Keebler Health’s next Chief of Staff

Dear Sir or Madam,

Keebler Health, Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to offer you employment beginning as soon as possible (the “Start Date”).

I have been looking for you for the 6+ years that you developed your skills across health tech operations, strategy, consulting, program management and I am so happy we have made it through our distinctly Keebler-esque interview process.  Our team and our products are designed to enhance the productivity of healthcare teams and improving patient outcomes, and while we take this mission very seriously, it’s just about the only thing, as the rest of the time we think work is more fun when it is actually fun.  Not type one fun of course (that is saved for the Keebler Health annual summit), but type two fun, where we do hard things, with an incredible sense of accountability and ownership, and we do them so well that people take notice. That is what we find fun (think making gains at the gym, or learning Calligraphy - left handed).  Throughout this interview process, you have shown yourself to be one of the team.

Since starting in 2023, our C-suite has driven the execution, alignment, and operational rigor across the company, and now that we’re stepping into a critical phase of high growth, we are so excited to have you join us as our peer.  Among the reasons we’re excited to have you join - we know you’ll act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, translate priorities into action, ensure high-velocity execution across functions, and keep the organization operating with clarity and urgency, even in an ambiguous environment.

Further, throughout our interview process you have exercised phenomenal leadership and judgment, and the ability to influence cross functionally without having direct management oversight. Perhaps your most unique, yet hidden quality was your thoughtful approach and willingness to pull pranks on our Chief Medical Officer.

I know what you’re thinking now.

“But won’t your Chief Medical Officer have me pull pranks on you, to retaliate?”

He will certainly try.  But this is where your demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, accountability, and an innate sense of ownership made you a standout. We know that you know that he knows that this is happening, which you have shown will make our next prank better, and this speaks to just a fraction of why I want you on the team. Since he joined, he’s been building an army (2) of clinical staff hired at least partially to prank me, and I believe he’s about to make a move. I’ve had absolutely no help from the rest of our team playing defense - and I’m happy to have reinforcements like you as a colleague.

I also wanted to share the team’s feedback, that throughout the interview process, our team highlighted that you absolutely nailed the following points:

  • You’ve been able to own and drive cross-functional execution on company priorities, ensuring key initiatives move from planning to delivery with speed and accountability.
  • You’ve shown your ability to act as an internal operator and problem-solver—identifying friction, surfacing tradeoffs, and proactively resolving blockers across teams.
  • You have run several operating workflows for the business, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, decision logs, and action-item tracking.
  • You naturally support leadership decision-making by preparing materials, synthesizing inputs, and ensuring decisions are communicated and executed cleanly.
  • You willingly partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Revenue leaders to improve coordination, execution quality, and organizational clarity.
  • You can own special projects that are mission-critical to the company’s next stage of growth (e.g., strategic partnerships, operational scaling, customer delivery acceleration), and deliver with speed that impressed us.
  • You have developed and refined repeatable processes, documentation, and tooling throughout your career -  that we believe will make Keebler Health faster, sharper, and more resilient as the team grows.

I have especially loved how your experience in healthcare technology, understanding of compliance, interoperability (FHIR/HL7), value-based care, sense of humor, and experience in high growth companies can make us a better team, and I’m equally eager to help you grow as a professional. What you learn at Keebler Health will, for the most part, benefit you later in life, and as we go forward I will take pride in helping you be successful, whether growing here or in an executive role at another firm.

Lastly, ever since we started the process, you’ve shown exceptional written and verbal skills, and an ability to synthesize complex information into clear decisions and next steps. Just the fact that you read through this entire letter proves your attention to detail is right for leveling up our workflows. While I would never admit this publicly, I have, embarrassingly, lost your original application information. Just so we have it for our records, would you please send me an email to careers@keebler.health which includes the subject line: “A Letter From Your Next Chief of Staff” and contains the following:

  • A highly personalized, bold, and hilarious “Keebler Health–style” introduction that grabs attention—outgoing, fun, and uniquely you. Think: confident, high-energy, slightly irreverent (but still professional), with a smart nod to healthcare, value-based care, and the fact that we’re building something real.
  • Your resume.
  • A link to your LinkedIn profile.
  • Anything else you think we should know.

Until we connect over Zoom next, I hope you accept this offer and have a great rest of your week!

Sincerely,
Andrew
