About the role
- Assembles bellows for expansion devices, as laid out in drawings by performing the following duties.
Essential Functions
- Selects appropriate inventory as specified on the Bill of Material
- Shears strip and forms tube in a predetermined order.
- Machine welds seams and telescopes tubes as laid out in drawings and routers.
- Bumps and rolls tube to form corrugated bellows.
- Checks dimension and spring rates as specified on prints.
- Preps bellows, trims neck, welds end fitting, sizes bellows, as required by drawings and routers.
- Moves finished bellows to appropriate area for testing.
- Supports receipt of raw materials; prepares and packages finished goods.
- Other duties may be assigned.

The pay range for this role is:
16 - 18 USD per hour (Woodstock, Illinois)
