Solutions Architect - LATAM

JOB OVERVIEW: As the Solutions Architect in LATAM, you will help drive our expansion into a new market. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle—from initial discovery and solution design to implementation and long-term success. As a Solutions Architect, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping prospects and customers translate business needs into scalable solutions while ensuring successful adoption of our platform. This is a highly cross-functional role ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical expertise with customer-facing work and is excited about helping build a new market from the ground up.


LOCATION: Remote - Brazil. This position is 100% remote. Applicants located anywhere within the Brazil are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be legally eligible to work within Brazil.


PAY TRANSPARENCY: Kevel uses external, third-party market data to determine compensation for all open positions. Our compensation philosophy is based on the candidate’s specific working location and experience level. This means that we will take a no negotiation approach in our recruitment and offer processes. The pay range for this position is between $55,000 - $65,000USD OTE (combination of base + commission). An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate's working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:


Pre-Sales Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to understand customer goals and technical requirements, translating them into tailored solutions
  • Design and present solution architectures, demos, and proof-of-concepts that clearly communicate value
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical evaluations with compelling, accurate responses
  • Act as a technical advisor during the sales cycle, helping guide deal strategy and build customer confidence
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities

Post-Sales Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through onboarding, integration, and implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices to drive adoption and success
  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders (engineers, architects, CTOs)
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to optimize and expand customer usage
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to influence product roadmap and improvements

New Market Expansion Focus

  • Work closely with GTM leadership to adapt messaging and solutions to local market needs
  • Act as an early technical voice in the region, contributing to market education, enablement, and credibility
  • Identify common use cases and help shape repeatable solutions and scalable architectures
  • *Note: This role requires travel for in-person meetings with customers and/or prospects, estimated at approximately 20–25% of the time (roughly a few days per month).


SKILLS YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU:

  • Previous experience in a Pre - Sales or Post - Sales role and/or relevant technical role (i.e. Technical Account Manager); a desire and aptitude for working in a client-facing role. 
  • Retail media experience is highly preferred and/or programmatic advertising, digital advertising, e-commerce ecosystems and/or AdTech ecosystem fundamentals (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, auctions, targeting, measurement). 
  • Highly passionate and curious self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced start-up.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and a highly technical product. 
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills. You are comfortable speaking with technical and non-technical audiences, addressing technical challenges during product integration, and setting realistic expectations and deadlines with stakeholders. 
  • Research, Test, Ask. A successful solutions architect will always search for a solution, try it, and finally ask for help. An independent problem solver will find the most success.
  • Previous coding experience in some form. While you won’t need to write any code of your own, you should be able to write JSON and understand basic code.
