JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly strategic, customer-facing Programme Manager to own the strategic direction and execution of a key customer program, aligning executive stakeholders, internal cross-functional teams, and business objectives to drive measurable outcomes. This role will own platform migration and roadmap beyond, ensure customer needs are met through the Kevel platform, drive cross-functional alignment with Kevel Product and Engineering, and support the delivery of best-in-class retail media practices in partnership with our Business Strategy team.
LOCATION: REMOTE/HYBRID- United Kingdom. While this role is primarily remote, candidates should expect to be onsite with the customer in London 1–2 times per week. PAY TRANSPARENCY: Kevel uses external, third-party market data to determine compensation for all open positions. Our compensation philosophy is based on the candidate’s specific working location and experience level. This means that we will take a no negotiation approach in our recruitment and offer processes. The pay range for this position in the United Kingdom is £70,000 - £82,000 annually. An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate's working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team.
