JOB OVERVIEW:


Our Solutions Architects serve as the trusted technical partners to our customers. As a Post-Sale Senior Solutions Architect you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation, integration, expansion and long-term adoption of Kevel’s solutions. You will provide deep technical guidance, drive onboarding efforts, and act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their lifecycle.


You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Support to ensure customers are successfully launched and continue to expand the value they are driving from Kevel’s platform. To be successful in this role, you must be an effective communicator with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, customer-focused solutions.


*Note: This role requires travel for in-person meetings with customers and/or prospects, estimated at approximately 20–25% of the time (roughly a few days per month).


LOCATION: REMOTE - EUROPE. This position is 100% remote. Germany, Spain, UK , or Portugal are highly preferred locations as we currently have team members operating in these countries. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in Europe.


PAY TRANSPARENCY: Kevel uses external, third-party market data to determine compensation for all open positions. Our compensation philosophy is based on the candidate’s specific working location and experience level. This means that we will take a no negotiation approach in our recruitment and offer processes. Compensation for this position is a competitive OTE package (combination of base + commission), paid in your local currency. As a guide, base salaries for this position typically fall between €60,000 and €90,000. An exact offer will be tailored to the candidate's working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

  • Become an expert in Kevel, our APIs, and what they enable customers to build.
  • Own the technical success of customers post-sale, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term adoption of Kevel’s solutions.
  • Drive and support the implementation and integration of Kevel’s products and services within customer environments.
  • Provide technical onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, proactively monitoring performance and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders—from hands-on engineers to CTOs—while aligning solutions to business objectives.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate technical strategies for non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and improve customer outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product adoption by mapping customer goals and initiatives to Kevel’s capabilities.
  • Contribute to documentation, best practices, and reusable implementation frameworks to scale customer success.


SKILLS YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU:

  • Previous experience in a Pre - Sales or Post - Sales role and/or relevant technical role (i.e. Technical Account Manager); a desire and aptitude for working in a client-facing role. 
  • Retail media experience is highly preferred and/or programmatic advertising, digital advertising, e-commerce ecosystems and/or AdTech ecosystem fundamentals (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, auctions, targeting, measurement). 
  • Highly passionate and curious self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced start-up.
  • Significant experience working with REST APIs and a highly technical product. 
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills. You are comfortable speaking with technical and non-technical audiences, addressing technical challenges during product integration, and setting realistic expectations and deadlines with stakeholders. 
  • Research, Test, Ask. A successful solutions architect will always search for a solution, try it, and finally ask for help. An independent problem solver will find the most success.
  • Previous coding experience in some form. While you won’t need to write any code of your own, you should be able to write JSON and understand basic code.
