We’re looking for a caring, energetic, and enthusiastic Part-Time After- School Teacher to work with elementary-age children in our after-school program. In this role, you’ll lead exciting, hands-on activities, games, and projects that keep kids engaged, learning, and having fun after school.


You’ll also have the chance to bring the camp spirit to life during school-out days, holiday breaks, and summer, creating full-day adventures filled with creativity, teamwork, and discovery.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with Kido’s curriculum.
  • Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, confidence, and creativity.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure smooth classroom transitions and consistent communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and daily updates as needed.
  • Follow school policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to all safety and licensing standards.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with young children, ideally in an early childhood program.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 2:00–6:00 p.m.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for early learning and commitment to Kido’s values of Listen, Learn, Lead.
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to supporting children’s growth and development.
