About the Position
The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting Kidspace’s people, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position is responsible for administering core human resources functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management support, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems and processes. The HR Generalist will have the guidance and support of outside HR consulting services and legal counsel.
This role focuses on day-to-day administration while identifying opportunities to strengthen and streamline HR processes. The HR Generalist will work closely with department leaders to ensure that HR practices align with Kidspace’s mission, values, and commitment to equity, inclusion, and access.

Compensation and Benefits
Kidspace offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; generous paid time off; a 403(b) with employer match; and more. The annual pay for this role is $65,000-$72,000, depending on experience.
