Help Build High-Quality Heavy-Duty Trailers 

Kinetic Custom Trailers USA Inc. is hiring a Trailer Assembly Team Member to join our Trailer Completion department in Texas. This hands-on role focuses on the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems for custom heavy-duty trailers. If you have mechanical aptitude, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you. 


Who You Are 

You are a mechanically inclined team player who takes pride in quality workmanship. You are eager to learn, enjoy solving problems, and can read and follow schematics and bills of materials. Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical trailer systems is an asset—but we are willing to train the right person. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Efficiently and accurately assemble airbrake, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as other trailer components 
  • Perform system testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems 
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area and always follow safety protocols 
  • Communicate effectively with team members and contribute positively to a collaborative shop environment 
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and help solve production challenges as they arise 
  • Provide training and assistance to other employees as assigned and willing to cross train   
  • Perform other duties as assigned 
  • Understand and comply with all PPE requirements at all times, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same   


Required Qualifications 

  • Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Valid driver’s license (required) 
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and bills of materials 
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in a shop-floor environment 
  • Strong team player 


Preferred (but not required): 

  • Licensed Heavy-Duty or Trailer Mechanic certification 
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain

Schedule & Work Details 

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM 
  • Location: Waco, Texas 
  • Environment: Shop floor, industrial manufacturing environment
