About the role

The ADAS Technical Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our processes by providing technical analysis and support internally. This position involves conducting OEM Service Information research, liaising with automotive businesses, and collaborating with internal teams with a focus on ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of collision estimating, OEM specifications, and the insurance claims process.

What you'll do

  • Conduct OEM technical research to provide manufacturer specifications and industry standards for calibration services.

  • Provide comprehensive evaluations of collision repair services, including parts, labor, and materials that require ADAS Calibration.

  • Communicate cross-functionally with internal departments.

  • Provide technical support and vehicle diagnostic (DTC) analysis to Kinetic Centers.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and OEM repair guidelines, particularly in ADAS calibration.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout ADAS calibration processes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in collision repair, vehicle diagnostics, or as an APD adjuster preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle estimating, OEM service information, insurance procedures, and  ADAS calibration processes.

  • ICAR, ASE certifications preferred.

  • Experience with ADAS calibration equipment and software.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

The pay range for this role is:

25 - 30 USD per hour (Santa Ana, CA)
