About the role

Kisi is seeking a talented Customer Renewal Associate to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring they are satisfied, and identifying upsell opportunities to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to identify opportunities that align with clients’ evolving needs.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients (over 1 year tenure) across SMB and Mid-Market segments, ensuring timely renewals and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for renewal discussions.
  • Proactively engage with clients to assess satisfaction, address potential issues, and ensure continued alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities by understanding customer pain points and offering additional products or services that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with other Renewal Managers, Sales Reps, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless renewal and account growth.
  • Review contract terms and pricing for upcoming renewals and ensure clients are aware of any changes.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and check-ins to identify customer needs and ensure ongoing value from Kisi’s products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and provide regular reports on renewal statuses, upsell opportunities, and account health.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and work closely with Product and Support team to renew

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, with a focus on renewals and retention.
  • Strong understanding of the sales and customer lifecycle, with a consultative approach to account management.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a customer-first mentality.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus
