About the role

As a Copywriter at Kisi, you’ll craft and maintain the messaging that drives engagement and conversions across our digital channels. You’ll write and optimize copy for emails, landing pages, and marketing sequences that guide potential customers to learn more, take action, and convert.

This role is ideal for a writer who enjoys refining messaging through testing, data, and collaboration. You’ll take ownership of outbound and campaign copy, ensure our pages and sequences stay current in our CMS, and contribute to continuous optimization through A/B testing and performance insights. Working closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams, you’ll make sure every piece of communication is clear, relevant, and effective.

What you'll do

• Write, edit, and optimize persuasive copy for emails, landing pages, and marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Maintain and update existing campaign and website copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current product positioning
• Apply Kisi’s tone and messaging framework across outbound and conversion-focused channels
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan and refine messaging based on campaign goals and performance insights
• Use A/B testing and analytics to evaluate copy performance and continuously improve results
• Publish and maintain marketing pages in Kisi’s CMS to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency across touchpoints

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in copywriting or a related communication role
• Proven ability to craft clear, persuasive copy for outbound emails, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of how to apply SEO and A/B testing insights to improve copy performance
• Experience publishing and maintaining content in CMS platforms (experience with Sanity is a plus)
• Ability to translate product features and positioning into compelling customer value
• Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and an interest in data-informed, continuous improvement
• Portfolio of work demonstrating clarity, creativity, and measurable impact
