About the role

As a Content Writer at Kisi, you’ll create and publish educational, long-form content that helps businesses understand, adopt, and get value from our security technology. You’ll write blogs, guides, and case studies that communicate Kisi’s expertise and drive organic growth at the top of the marketing funnel.

This role is ideal for a writer who enjoys turning complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives and knows how to use content to attract, educate, and convert audiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to plan and execute SEO-driven content initiatives, maintain high editorial standards, and ensure all published materials support Kisi’s positioning and growth goals.

You’ll also take ownership of publishing and maintaining content in our CMS, optimizing for both user experience and performance.

What you'll do

• Research, write, and publish high-quality, long-form content such as blogs, guides, and case studies
• Apply and maintain Kisi’s SEO strategy to ensure every piece performs effectively in search
• Maintain and update existing content to keep it accurate, relevant, and optimized
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure all content reflects current messaging and product positioning
• Publish and maintain content in Kisi’s CMS, ensuring each piece meets editorial, brand, and SEO standards
• Review analytics to track performance, understand impact, and continuously improve content effectiveness

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in content writing or a related field such as product, UX, or technical communication
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity, structure, and tone
• Ability to explain complex or technical concepts in a simple, engaging way
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and ability to apply an established SEO strategy effectively
• Experience publishing and maintaining content in CMS platforms (experience with Sanity is a plus)
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to align on messaging and accuracy
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in maintaining content quality
• Portfolio of published work demonstrating clarity, structure, and measurable content impact
