About the role

As a Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding Kisi’s video and documentation solutions library, supporting advanced sales processes with new solutions ROI cases, and managing research, testing, and the IoT showroom at our office. This role sits at the intersection of technology, sales enablement, and customer experience—making it ideal for someone with a passion for electronics, APIs, and clear communication.

What you'll do


Video & Documentation Library Management

  • Maintain and continuously improve the repository of Kisi’s hardware, software, and mobile experience content.
  • Create and edit videos to enhance technical documentation and product education.
  • Ensure all materials are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with product developments.

New Solutions & ROI Cases

  • Support advanced sales calls by assisting in ROI case development for new solutions.
  • Research, test, and validate new product use cases to provide data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine positioning.

Research & Testing

  • Conduct hands-on testing of new hardware and software features to evaluate usability and effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on findings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to Kisi’s ecosystem.

IoT Showroom Management

  • Oversee the operation of Kisi’s IoT showroom, ensuring seamless demos and a cutting-edge experience for visitors.
  • Set up and maintain live demonstrations of Kisi’s solutions.
  • Assist in hosting customer visits, webinars, and internal training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with APIs and an ability to understand technical integrations.
  • Experience or interest in electronics engineering or a related field.
  • Video editing skills to create clear, engaging technical content.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Interest in startups, innovation, and working in a fast-paced environment.
