About KlientBoost
KlientBoost is a Performance Marketing Agency based out of Costa Mesa, CA. With an office in Raleigh NC and remote team members in various states. We're looking for an amazing individual to join our Marketing Team as a Manager, Marketing eCommerce. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at building, optimizing, and scaling lead gen programs in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
About the role
In this role reporting to Director, Performance Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of innovative digital strategies that drive qualified traffic by increasing the amount of eCommerce clients leads and eCommerce clients we sign on. This role is ideal for a data-savvy marketing leader with a deep understanding of paid media, SEO, conversion rate optimization, and digital funnel management.
You’ll be leading the charge around forming our eCommerce marketing point of view as we’ve recently been more focused on B2B and lead generation efforts. You’ll be supported by a growing marketing team along with internal subject matter experts in different marketing disciplines.
What you'll do
❤️ You'll be in charge of creating content on social media, host a podcast show, etc, and work closely with internal eCommerce marketing subject matter experts.
❤️ We also plan on creating a community that attracts more eCommerce marketing and we’d love your help to lead that
❤️ Your North Star will be to turn KlientBoost into an eCommerce marketing thought leader and the preferred choice of eCommerce companies to work with (we’ll of course align on leading indicators to ensure we’re moving in the right direction)
❤️Fill our Growth Strategists’ calendars with a pipeline of high-intent eCommerce prospects for them to convert into happy clients (you source the leads, they’ll close the deals 🤑)
❤️ eCommerce Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute integrated lead generation strategies to attract, nurture, and convert eCommerce company leads through paid search, social, display, affiliate, email, and SEO channels
❤️ eCommerce Marketing Thought Leader: Work solo + with KlientBoost team to drive a strong eCommerce marketing POV with eCommerce specific marketing strategies and tactics that are unique to KlientBoost.
❤️ Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve ROI.
❤️ Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with all services teams to align messaging, offers, and experiences across the customer journey.
Qualifications
🎉 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
🎉 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce, with a strong emphasis on lead generation.
🎉 Proven track record of developing and scaling lead generation programs in a B2C or D2C e-commerce environment.
🎉 Deep expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Meta,, etc.), SEO, conversion rate optimization, and analytics.
🎉 Experience with eCommerce marketing automation tools (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, etc).
🎉 Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
🎉 Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
🎉 Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an ambiguity, fast-paced, results-driven environment.
🎉 You’re already creating eCommerce marketing content and have a strong POV that generates revenue and profit for eCommerce businesses
🎉 You already create video content or you’re not opposed to start
🎉 You have experience in a handful of paid ads platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, etc)
🎉You have an entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset & are very adaptable
🎉 You have great soft skills - fun, likable, and detail-oriented
🎉 You have professional curiosity at the core
🎉 You have strong familiarity within HubSpot & various sales tools/platforms.

The pay range for this role is:
