UK Performance Marketing Account Manager

**This position is remote to our team in the US. You will work local time zone hours, while collaborating with our team on the Eastern United States. Our preference is for you to live in or around London area to be close to other team members.**

Here's what you'll be doing:

❤️ You'll be client facing: in charge of relationships, building trust by achieving their goals

❤️ You'll be working specifically with Europe based clients across all of our services (Paid Media, SEO, CRO and Creative Strategy)

❤️ You'll be responsible for weekly reporting, scheduled calls, quarterly business reviews and clear communication with your team members.

❤️ You’ll be working with a team of strategists to produce high quality results for our clients by using clear communication about goals, feedback and deadlines.

❤️ You’ll analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on data driven conclusions.


Your First 3 Months:    

⚡️ The first week will be KB onboarding; getting to know our team and culture, learning about all of the platforms we use and introducing you to team members.

⚡️ The next few weeks you’ll be shadowing our in house experts and starting job specific training

⚡️ Month 2 and 3 you will continue learning while starting to work directly with clients.


Requirements  

🎉 You have great soft skills - fun, likable, and detail-oriented. You operate at a high level and pride yourself on delivering a flawless customer experience.

🎉 You have at least 3 years managing performance marketing efforts in house or in an agency setting 🙌

🎉 You have managed budgets more than $40k

🎉 You have managed more than 8 clients at one with a range of goals and SOWs

🎉 You have experience with contract extensions and expansions, upsells and are excellent at spotting opportunities

🎉 You can lead and assist with strategy and execution for multiple clients

🎉 You have experience in a handful of paid ads platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, etc)

🎉 You have experience directly or are familiar with SEO, CRO and Email Marketing.

🎉 You're a team player who can work with others to troubleshoot marketing tactics and strategies.

🎉 You want to learn and grow

🎉 You're amazed and fascinated with marketing - you nerd out. Always trying to improve your knowledge and experience. You dive deep into industry blogs and you know that nothing beats taking action from what you learn.

The pay range for this role is:

60,000 - 80,000 GBP per year (Remote - London, GB)
